Angi joined Marc-Allen Associates, Inc. in 2002 as an Executive Recruiter, and was promoted in 2003 to the position of Senior Executive Recruiter.
In 2006, Angi was promoted again to Managing Director of Marc-Allen Associates. She was given the task of opening a new branch office in Birmingham, AL to allow for the expansion of Marc-Allen Associates’ growing Retail recruiting business. Angi successfully opened up the new office in April, 2006 and currently supervises a quality team of outstanding Research Associates. She also handles several key nationwide retail client accounts, markets to new prospective Retail clients and has set up recruiting contacts with several local businesses in the booming Birmingham market.
In May, 2008, Angi was promoted again to Vice-President, Managing Director. This promotion was a reflection of Angi’s quality efforts in opening and operating a very successful branch office, as well as recognition for her own personal recruiting results and the development of an outstanding team of Research Associates.
Angi earned a B.S. in Public Relations and a B.S. in Political Marketing from the University of Alabama. She went on to earn her MBA from Nova Southeastern University in 2001, and also attended Law School at Nova Southeastern University for two years. She resides in Birmingham, and is an avid Alabama football fan and season ticket holder. Roll Tide Roll!!
