Denise Anderson brings over 20 years of retail corporate and field recruiting expertise to the Marc-Allen Associates, Inc. team. She oversees the West Coast office for Marc-Allen Associates, Inc. Denise brings a unique, hands-on approach to recruiting top talent and has worked for some of the most successful, growth retail chains in the U.S.

Prior to joining Marc-Allen Associates, Denise was the corporate Director, Talent Acquisition and Development for Ross Stores, Inc. in San Francisco, CA. Before Ross Stores, she was the corporate Director of Talent Acquisition for Coldwater Creek and a Regional Recruiter for Gap, Inc. supporting all Gap brands in northern and southern CA. In addition to her human resources and recruiting/talent acquisition experience, Denise has successfully managed retail businesses with several prominent retail companies.
